This review is from: Cuisinart CSK-150 1500-Watt Nonstick Oval Electric Skillet (Kitchen) I own and use thousands of dollars worth of kitchen and cooking equipment, all from the "better brands" -- All Clad, Chantal, Cuisinart, Kitchen Aid. This electric skillet is excellent, for numerous reasons --- the oval shape, vs. a round skillet, is more conducive to larger or longer pieces of meat. The handle placement is ideal for carrying it when it's full and heavy. The angled electric cord plug-in keeps it out of the way, yet easy to read and control. Rubber feet makes for scratch resistance on any surface, which is nice when using it as a 'serving piece'. Last, but not least, the glass lid fits like a glove!! -- tight and keeps a good seal. I am never disappointed with Cuisinart products; my induction motor food processor, and my timed hand mixer are also among my favorite "tools"!!
